Autism friendly sessions

Our Autism-Friendly sessions happen the first Tuesday of each month from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

With approximately 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK*, we recognise the importance of making our courses more accessible to those visiting with autism. The sessions include adjusted lighting, reduced sound and low-level music on the course.
